Problem Statement:
- Ongoing costs for running high-performance infrastructure for the Moonriver network from August to October 2022.

Significance:
- Setting up blockchain infrastructure is difficult and expensive, so a shared node API service helps reduce costs and barriers to accessing the Moonbeam Networks.

Proposed Solution:
- OnFinality, a SaaS platform, will provide infrastructure services for the Moonbeam Networks, reducing the pain and costs of accessing secure nodes.

Expected Outcomes:
- The proposal includes the combined running costs for infrastructure, totaling 3,024.09 MOVR, to provide the service from August to October 2022.
