Nova Wallet is a mobile app for the Polkadot and Kusama ecosystem. They have proposed to add more features to the app, such as a Multistaking dashboard, Staking Nomination Pools, WalletConnect v2, and a new Assets tab UI. They also plan to fulfill community requests and reimburse for delivered features. The goal is to build and maintain a high-quality, open-source, community-focused, and feature-rich mobile application.

Dwellir provided decentralized RPC services for Polkadot communities in Q3 2023.

Problem Statement:
- The current active collator set size in Polkadot is not sufficient for achieving robustness and decentralization in the network.

Significance:
- Increasing the collator set size will enhance the network's resilience and decentralization.

Proposed Solution:
- Increase the active collator set size to 12, with the top 12 collators by total stake being selected as block authors in each round.
