Current DAO designs operate around network treasuries bootstrapped via speculation.
In practice, these treasuries become a liability.
Incentives collapse, rather than expand collective intelligence.

- **Problem Statement:** DAO designs relying on network treasuries fueled by speculation lead to treasuries becoming liabilities, hindering incentives and collective intelligence.
- **Significance:** Incentives within DAOs are at risk of collapsing instead of fostering collective intelligence.
- **Proposed Solution:** Introduce illiquid/vesting network tokens for on-chain impact, promoting economic adoption of a native stablecoin issued by Brale, with yields remaining within the ecosystem.
- **Expected Outcomes:** Enhancing the effectiveness of DAOs by shifting focus to on-chain impact and economic adoption, thereby improving incentives and collective intelligence.
