This bounty proposal aims to continue incentivizing  **Polkadot Moderators **for their round-the-clock contribution and support to the communities.

The Community Moderators provide a dedicated daily service, actively monitoring new member joinings to ensure the community is protected from fraudsters. They guide users with first-line direction and support while promptly identifying and regulating or banning obvious scammers to maintain a safe environment for all.

The team currently has 10 members covering mainly the official Discord channel, Element Telegram and Reddit.  The team has shrunken to 10 since the last top-up. **_Note that only 9 members get paid from the Moderation Team Bounty. The 10th Member is the Discord CM, who is currently under the marketing bounty._**

This proposal requests a one-year top-up of $169,632 (46,095 DOT at EMA-7 of $3.68/DOT) to continue funding the Community Moderators from September 2025 - September 2026
