- The Polkadot ecosystem wants to continue growing and attracting developers to build projects in the ecosystem.

Significance:
- The #60DaysOfPolkadot Developer Crash Course and Hackathons series has been successful in teaching over 43,000 developers about Polkadot and attracting over 550 developers to in-person hackathons.
- The hackathon winners have received grants and funding to continue building in the Polkadot ecosystem.

Proposed Solution:
- The referendum covers the prize money for winners of the Harvard and London in-person hackathons, as well as the in-app challenges.

Expected Outcomes:
- Continued growth of the Polkadot ecosystem with more developers launching projects.
- Increased awareness and engagement with Polkadot through the in-app challenges and hackathons.
