**Short description:** This proposal aims to fund the development costs of integrating local coding environments to [Dot Code School](<https://dotcodeschool.com>), improving the learning experience for developers who are new to the Polkadot SDK.

The goal is to make it easier for them to build a Real World Web3 Application by following along with the tutorials published on Dot Code School.

To facilitate a seamless transition from theory to practice, the implementation of a custom Git server with chapter-specific test suites is proposed, designed to emulate real world development.
