Date: May 23th 2024
Context:
The main objective of this bounty is to establish robust and efficient technical support that addresses the emerging needs of clients and projects within the Polkadot ecosystem. It aims to improve the end-user experience by facilitating access to technical information and specialized assistance.
Candidates:
The curators are responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and discussing the work submitted by technicians and recruiters. They will prepare the chill bounty and assign a score to the technician based on the potential impact and the difficulty associated with the execution. This approach ensures that the scores are precisely aligned with the quality and effort of each technician, relative to the fees they propose. To achieve this, we recommend involving curators from different roles to cover a broader range of perspectives and ensure thorough curation.
