This proposal stems from the need to enhance system upgrade testing procedures, minimizing feature regression. Recent discussions in various channels, spurred by challenges in cross-chain messaging (XCM) on Kusama, have highlighted the need for a comprehensive set of tests. We seek to establish a comprehensive testing ground.

This bounty is a response to the growing consensus that we need a dedicated test environment - a place where changes can be tested automatically, minimizing the risk of disruptions before they reach the production system.

**The goal of the bounty is to ensure seamless relay chain upgrades through the development of an automated testing environment with a focus on *Chopsticks* integration.**
