1. A `forceTansfer` of 20 DOT from the Treasury to Statemint sovereign account.
2. A `forceOpenhrmpchannel` from Statemint (1,000) to [ParaID].
3. A `forceOpenhrmpChannel` from [ParaID] to Statemint (1,000).

ParaIDs for each parachains requesting the channels and proposals requesting this by the parachain teams:
