This is a proposal for four parachains to open HRMP channels with Statemint. Each channel opening consists of:

- A `forceTansfer` of 20 DOT from the Treasury to Statemint sovereign account.
- A `forceOpenhrmpchannel` from Statemint (1,000) to `ParaID`.
- A `forceOpenhrmpChannel` from `ParaID` to Statemint (1,000).

ParaIDs for each parachains requesting the channels and proposals requesting this by the parachain teams:
