Dotreasury project gives us an overview and analytics on treasury spending, divided by different accounts and spending mechanisms and allowing us to also understand proposals through contextual information. All in all, the project aims to introduce retrospect mechanism for Kusama/Polkadot treasury, while you can see it as a treasury explorer.

Although in the end the team decided to cover maintenanca fees via a spending proposal - this quarter's allocation is relatively small for a proposal to take place, therefore we are opting for a tip based on today's 30day avg rate for DOT (USD 42.10).

More info on the project, including report, metrics and costs from Aug to Oct 2021 can be found [HERE](https://hackmd.io/@WIq3uV0rRwS6W3GGj2pmyA/BJdrgAePt).
