This proposal focuses on increasing the Polkadot Spanish community with the development of an Educational Hub for Spanish community and ambassadors, aiming to provide education, news and general and technical information regarding the ecosystem's development.

We consider that development of the Spanish community (Spanish language) should be through different actions and activities, building content in communication channels. For this, we already completed Milestone 1 (development of a Spanish community Polkadot [webpage](https://polkadotespanol.com/) and [milestone 2](https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/treasury/76) (Video tutorials and articles development (part 1), Polkadot Wiki translations (part 1) and Polkadot Decoded video Subtitles.(part 1).
