The event's goal is to attract developers, researchers, media, investors, and other stakeholders, fostering knowledge sharing and forging new collaborations within the Polkadot ecosystem.

Note : This proposal was initially supposed to go through Events Bounty, however we have received a response from events bounty team stating Events Bounty will be unavailable to process any funds until new set of curators are onboarded, given the timeline of the already <a href="https://x.com/PolkadotNowInd/status/1709232285545840918?s=20">announced </a>event we can't afford to wait anymore and without further delay we are proceeding with Treasury Funding.
Due to time constraints, we will expedite the submission of this proposal on-chain.

Note : We were supposed to go through events bounty however there seems to be some issue with the application form (Form 1) of extra ordinary events, Form 1 is currently inactive hence leaves us of no choice other than taking treasury route since we have very less time for preparation and we cant afford to delay anymore.
