Given that the first milestone was succesfully completed, this is the request of the 2nd installment for the completion of the second milestone.

The objectives that were established in the proposal and on which we are working are the following:

3. More than 100,000 additional staked DOT - Successfully achieved. We went from having 847 members and 150k staked DOT at the time of submitting the proposal to 1441 members and 350k staked DOT at the time of submitting this second request. The requested amount has been calculated according to EMA30 in Subscan at the time of submitting this second request. If we receive more amount than requested, it will be subtracted from the last installment.

Problem Statement:
- Request for the 2nd installment to complete the second milestone of the Polkassembly project.

Significance:
- The project aims to create truthful and high-quality tutorial videos in Spanish, provide support to users through social networks and video calls, and increase the number of staked DOT.

Proposed Solution:
- Requesting the necessary funds to continue working on the objectives outlined in the proposal.

Expected Outcomes:
- Completion of the second milestone of the project, including the creation of tutorial videos, user support, and an increase in staked DOT.
