This is our first request to fund our community flagship event POLKADOT DECODED. As you might know we just closed the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.townhallgov.com/polkadot/post/0x588f124dab69592925c683e64499646a40a6cf1db20c5708fbad1920e78ac931" target="_blank" rel="noopener">voting for the 2024 location</a>&nbsp;and you clearly decided to have the event in Brussels, Belgium and to attach it to the&nbsp;<a href="https://ethcc.io/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">7th Ethereum Community Conference (EthCC)</a>.
We are now securing the pre-selected venue (we are sure you'll love it) for July 11-12 and have our full proposal with an early budget estimation&nbsp;<a href="https://docs.google.com/document/d/1RJwZZzITAHAd54SN1L1JnImzIcEQc4fLBLU-vn9RUlo/edit#heading=h.1yu24uxzxjo">here</a>.
