Polkadot Treasury is funding the maintenance work on the ORML, Chopsticks and other public goods (https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/referenda/439). While Acala team does most of the work on these, other ecosystem team members also do it, and their work was not covered by this proposal, as witnessed by Bryan in the comments of that proposal. This is why I propose to tip [CertainLach](https://github.com/CertainLach) who has contributed the following work on ORML for the past year:
