What is the Situation?
Despite its market-leading technology, Polkadot is often overlooked by institutions due to a limited presence in institutional circles and insufficiently accessible or well-presented blockchain data and metrics for DOT.
The Tie has a proven track record working with token issuers to increase institutional exposure and access to leading traditional and crypto-native hedge funds asset managers, banks, VCs, liquidity providers, trading venues, and other institutional market participants.

What is the Solution?
The Tie will partner with the Polkadot ecosystem to drive increased exposure to institutions by providing a series of curated institutional access services and building meaningful analytics on Polkadot for wide-spread distribution.
As part of our partnership, The Tie will provide the following:

<li>Speaking opportunities for Polkadot at all of The Tie&rsquo;s institutional conferences (~4 annually) attended by senior decision makers at hundreds of leading institutions</li>
<li>Polkadot will be made an annual keynote speaker at our flagship<a href="https://bridge.thetie.io"> Bridge conference</a>, hosted last year in partnership with the New York Stock Exchange and attended by 220 TradFi and crypto native institutions</li>
<li>Polkadot will be a featured sponsor at The Tie conferences and listed in all promotional materials</li>
<li>The Tie will facilitate meaningful institutional private meetings with Polkadot at every event. The Tie made 500 institutional introductions to tokens in the past 3 months including to tier 1 banks, asset managers, hedge funds, VCs, and other market participants for investment, tokenization, liquidity provision, and relationship building purposes</li>
<li>The Tie will host an institutional invitation-only event in NYC exclusively focused on the Polkadot ecosystem</li>
<li>The Tie will host quarterly webinars and publish recap reports highlighting Polkadot&rsquo;s technology, projects, and use cases and featuring builders from within the Polkadot ecosystem</li>
<li>Polkadot will receive ongoing connectivity to institutions via The Tie Terminal messenger &amp; exclusive announcement feature</li>
<li>The Tie will build Standardized Polkadot metrics on <a href="https://www.thetie.io/solutions/the-tie-terminal/">The Tie Terminal</a> and in The Tie APIs - used by hundreds of unique institutions</li>
<li>The Tie will build a Polkadot-centric dashboard on The Tie Terminal, which will be made a default dashboard for all clients</li>
<li>The Tie will redistribute Polkadot analytics via API to more than a dozen exchanges and platforms that whitelabel The Tie&rsquo;s data. Platforms that currently license data from The Tie include Interactive Brokers, Broadridge, Cointelegraph, BitMex, Nexo, Real Vision, and FalconX. This integration will enhance Polkadot's visibility among millions of institutional and retail clients of these platforms and provide actionable insights that drive interest in the ecosystem.</li>
