Hello, Polkadot community,
Following my recent trip to Miami for the Inter Miami match day and digital infrastructure evaluation, I am submitting this proposal to request reimbursement for travel expenses and a tip for the effort in the detailed community report published on April 25, 2024. The primary objectives of the Miami trip were to:
Evaluate the digital engagement strategies at Inter Miami CF's stadium. Understand fan interactions with digital technologies, especially QR codes. Assess the potential for integrating Polkadot's blockchain technology to enhance fan experiences and operational efficiencies. 
Insights and Findings During the trip: I observed significant engagement of fans with digital technologies that streamline their experience from food orders to feedback submissions. The ease of QR code usage among the fan base presents an excellent opportunity for introducing blockchain-driven innovations such as digital collectibles and secure ticketing.
Community Report Summary: The community report detailed Polkadot's technology's potential applications in the sports industry, focusing on enhancing fan engagement through digital collectibles, secure ticketing, and a blockchain-driven loyalty program. It emphasized education and awareness of blockchain technology as pivotal elements of the partnership. 
Here's the proposed initial development route for this partnership, which I designed in cooperation with Sean and Nico. It is inclusive and follows community expectations, and we suggest it unfolds in phases.

Additional Tip: $1200 Given the extensive effort and time invested in gathering data, attending the event, and compiling the detailed community report, a tip is also requested for the work performed beyond typical responsibilities.
